Overview
Generally, all sales are considered final. However, in extraordinary circumstances we will consider a request for a refund. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund.
Late or missing refunds
Refunds are generally processed within 3 business days, back to the card used for the purchase. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first wait a full business week, then check your bank account again.
